Exchange Policy


At our store, we offer Exchange Only. We do not provide returns or refunds under any circumstances.


We want you to have a smooth experience, so please read the exchange terms carefully:


Exchanges are allowed only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

Customers must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.

An unboxing/opening video is compulsory to process any exchange request.

The video must clearly show the package being opened from the start, without any cuts or edits.

Requests without a proper opening video will not be accepted.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Once the request is approved, we will arrange for exchange or provide further instructions.

Exchange is subject to product availability. If unavailable, a suitable alternative may be offered.
